| this production line adopts PP or PE reclaimed materials,scrap material, 100% regenrated polypropylene & polyethylene material,powder or grain polypropylene & high or lower density polyethylene as material,the materials be crushed by (crusher),then mixed by (drying mixer),then extruded and stretched by(plastic tape extruder and stretcher),then winded by (plastic tape winding machine),then be woven to woven bag by (four shuttles loom),then sewed by (sewing machine),then laminated by ( film laminating machine)or printed by (automatic color printer).then baled ,all processing is over,just ok!the range of woven bag’s width is from 250mm to 1500mm.the woven bag has many types,such as flour bag,cement bag,food bag,color film laminating bag,tran***rent bag,sack and so on. |
